I finally broke down and put myself up. The bare minimum so far, not much time to devote to it. But they shut down for maintenance tonight, so I had to leave.

1. I hated it so much, finally joined, .. and I hate it on days like this.

DU has superior techie people (from my uneducated perspective LOL), superior layouts, superior everything. Even when it's down, it's up within a few hours and it doesn't happen again for a long time.

MySpace, on the other hand, is glitchy much of the time, and has now been shut down two days in a row. I don't know if it's got more people, or what, but it's so annoying.

and I joined to get music, and because someone told me I was referenced on a page and wanted to see what they said about me...it wasn't nice.

I do know there was a power outage in LA yesterday, and that their servers were affected, too. So that's *this* time, anyway.

want to know something really weird? www.mydeathspace.com It has a list of people who have either died or committed murder and that have a myspace page....interesting note...that girl who got her mike cut because of the religious theme of her valedictorian speech, has a myspace page.

12. In that top bar, that says "Home/Search/Blah/Forum"---you have to

go to "Forum", and then there's a list of forums. I didn't click on it for a while because I was like, who cares about their stupid forum, but they've got a number of them there. (That are inferior to this site in coolness.)

Weiner is a moderate, ex-military but nice guy.
Riley is a libertarian who still has stars in his eyes.
T, L-UT (I think) is a libertarian who is pretty reasonable and funny.
Seth is a economic Rockerfeller Republican future lawyer.
Icy is a libertarian I think.
the Baron and Baroness are Vermonters and pretty liberal.
Knouen is anti-Israel, American and John Howard but not stupid.
Elsewhere's Daughter is a DUer.
Rob has a million different names and is a Dem but dumber then a box of rocks.
His Highness Lord Shizzle is moderate
Shanks is a Texas moderate Independent
and I forget who else posts.

there are a ton of libertarians and so some extra Dem support would be great!
