What's more important? Are men? Or her ability?

I'll take her ability over men any day.

And oddly worded, too. Sorry about that part.

But some questions shouldn't even have to be asked, you know?

I don't care if the woman looks like Jamie Farr in drag or a Barbie Doll, when things go to shit at work if she can hold her own and get the job done I don't care what she looks like.

16. Yes, but remember
those are the men you are going to see the most, because they will be standing outside your office with a mirror and an offer for drinks after work. Most men will be sitting in their office doing their work and thinking about other things--well, that, and other things. You don't notice the men who aren't being asses, just the ones who are, because THEY won't go away.

Now, please, NO ONE post that stupid-ass rant from the nice guy whining that women always date the mean guy instead of his insipid little ass! He's such a wimp I want to kick his... Oh, forget it.

21. That's true. We tend to notice the asses more sometimes

...because they have no qualms about putting their boorish, sexist values on display. And yes, they don't ever stop. The sad part is, I don't think they even realize they're asses.

25. Meh.
If one is lying, it's bad. If they both know the sitch, it's okay. I know trophy wives who are quite happy with their lives. They don't want a fawning, sycophant husband, they want the minimum companionship and the comfort he offers. They ask no questions, they don't want any asked of them. It works.

It's a hard life. Whatever works for people makes me happy. Not the life I would choose, but it's not my choice.

26. I don't know.

For me, the deepest and most enduring love I ever experienced was for a guy who wouldn't be considered conventionally "attractive," and who I didn't find particularly physically attractive, either... at least when we first met. But everything else about him was beautiful. I fell in love with the rest of him and he became beautiful to me. I would rather gaze all day at him than at any parade of pretty boys... simply because it was him. So I can't really agree that "if there is no physical attraction, the connection will not be made." It happened for me. On the other hand, I acknowledge that the connection probably would not have been made if I found him physically repulsive.
