When I get home in the evening I watch them in repeats. Of course the only reason I watch 'Will & Grace' is for Jack & Karen, who really saved that show.

But even watching repeats of Friends, damn that show is funny!

2. I love 'em too
Except that season where Chandler looked like an emaciated Satan; too, too skinny and with that horrible goatee.

3. Never got into Will and Grace
Friends was OK...if anything Friends should get some kind of award for being consistently funny. I can't seem to recall it ever losing its edge.

4. "Friends" SUCKS!!!! I like "Will & Grace" though.
Pretty much because of Jack & Karen, especially Karen. It's really the "Jack & Karen" show.

5. Friends is ok but Will & Grace... ick
I just found all four of them to be disgusting people, caring nothing for anyone but themselves. My last girlfriend loved it and made me watch it all the time, she would laugh like hell and I would just be horrified.

6. Yeah but that was the same thing with Seinfeld
I just can't get enough of Megan Mullally - she's funny as can be on that show!

9. Liked Seinfeld, couldn't stand W&G, hot and cold towards Friends
Edited on Mon Jul-24-06 03:31 PM by Mike Daniels
I could see "some" humanity in Seinfeld. Will and Grace just grated on me.

If one looks at it from a certain perspective, the Friends (esp. Rachel) were just as self-involved as any of the characters on Seinfeld. However, the Rachel/Ross plotline gave it a hook that caused people to care.

8. But Karen's lines were great!
"Just because we once made out like drunk straight girls at a frat party, doesn't mean you're wanted here."

"It's the oldest story in the book. Boy meets girl. Boy wants girl to do dominatrix film. Girls says, 'Naked?' Boy says, 'Yeah.' Girl says, 'No way.' Boy says, 'Okay how about you just wear this rubber dress and beat this old guy with a scrub brush?' Girl says, "How hard?'"

"I know what guilt is. It's one of those touchy-feely words that people throw around that don't really mean anything... You know, like 'maternal' or 'addiction.'"

"The name is Anastasia Beaverhausen. Anastasia, like Russian royalty. Beaverhausen as in... where the beaver live"

Karen: Smoking in the office... how inappropriate! Hey does anyone mind if I take my boob out for a second?
Grace: It's one thing at dinner Karen but work is wher I draw the line.

"Oh yeah, honey, we're all lesbians when the right man isn't around."

"Grace. It's Christmas, for goodness sake. Think about the baby Jesus... up in that tower, letting his hair down... so that the three wise men can climb up and spin the dradel and see if there are six more weeks of winter."
