Poll question: Do you HIRE people? Or ANYONE: Help re: good looking job application!
Edited on Mon Jul-24-06 02:01 PM by bertha katzenengel
The job app is printed all in black ink.

Should I use black ink to complete it? I have a feeling that will look more professional.

Or should I use blue ink? That will stand out better on the printed form.

Oh, the silly anxieties I put myself through!

1. Of course, I only use black ink.
And never a ballpoint pen. I'm really finicky about my writing implements.

3. How about gel?
I don't currently have a decent fountain pen. :(

5. Gel is fine or rollerpoint.
I'm just anti-ballpoint because I hate the way it feels writing with one. I'm more particular about how it feels in my hand than anything else.

2. Black ink that's erasable...
...if you write (and spell) like me.

Good luck :hi:

4. Definitely the ink color is what matters...
Unless they check the words spelled out by the ink...

Try for a one pager...

6. It doesn't matter
I've hired tons of people and the ink color has never been a factor. As long as it's legible, that's all that really matters. That and what you put down. If you write "I like killing puppies for fun" in the margins, it won't matter what color ink it's written in...

Blue ink might make it more readable if the form is black.
