I was just checking the latest thread she posted in, from either Sun. or Sat., but didn't see anything from her posted today...Just wondering if any of you who have been helping her had heard anything!

8. She's made several phone calls

to police officials, the city council, the mayor's office, Sen. Ken Salazar, a detective with the Child Advocacy Center. Nobody's answering their phone. :grr:

One good thing, maybe — the paper she works for, the big daily in Colorado Springs, is gonna do something on it. One of the cops reporters has been assigned to it.

My own suggestion is that a bunch of us go to CS and paint over "To protect and to serve" on the police cars.
