My dear friends........Recently I ran across this quote.......
And I found that it resonated a great deal with me........

I wanted to share it with all of you today.......

Because I think that it has things to say to all of us.......

For who ever is tired of thinking about the human heart?

Nobody has ever measured, not even poets, how much the heart can hold.

---Zelda Fitzgerald

12. Rumor has it the "beautiful little fool" line came from Zelda's lips.
Hell, rumor has it most of Mrs. Daisy Buchanan's memorable lines were Zelda's. That Daisy was pretty much a fictionalized version of Zelda.

Both were unhappy in the last chapter.

But Scott could hold about a quart of gin before he keeled over and started making burbling noises. And the worst part was that he could still hear Zelda screaming at him even through the alcoholic haze. Poor bastard.

and as a former sloppy drunk whose wife screamed at him thru an alcoholic haze, let me say the heart can also take a much bigger beating than one ever imagines and still one day rejuvenate itself and recognize the beauty of love, even when it hurts to do so...

Yes, indeed........

Without the sharp contrast that we can obtain from our sorrows and losses, how can we truly appreciate the joys?

The really over-the-top joys would not be nearly so sweet without the losses to compare them with .......

Such has been my experience, anyway.......
