There are numerous military inaccuracies (women in the military can't join infantry units, women in the military can't join special forces, 1st Rangers are not based in Ft. Bragg), a lot of the science was bad (tachyon collisions causing the laws of physics to break down), and there were gaping plot holes (putting civilians in small enclosed spaces where one temporal anomoly in the wrong place could cause a huge death count), but I got over it. As someone else pointed out, the show has that odd, quirky Men in Black snarkiness to it, and I rather enjoyed that part.
