In last night's ep, the mom paid the blood tech to substitute his boyfriend's blood, after the porn star tested positive.

So why then did the testing company have the boyfriend's picture on file? If the porn star was still coming in, wasn't the tech still drawing his blood, and then sending his bf's blood to the lab? And the porn star had to have been coming in--he would have gotten suspicious if suddenly the film company said "you don't have to come in for testing any more".
