He was a blowhard at first but quickly settle in and got the job done as best he could, given the gang of idiots he was working with. He was much nicer to Radar than Blake.

Potter was a leader when he needed to be and one of the guys when he could be.

it wasn't a coincidence that Potter was from Missouri...he had a Trumanesque quality about him, of Midwest common horse sense...
