15. Corn, sweet potatoes and flounder baked with grapes & slivered almonds. |
|
It was okay. I'm not a huge flounder fan and my mom kept trying to feed us all grapes. There was probably about 2lbs of grapes covering a 1.5lbs of fish. Yeah, there were a lot of grapes left over.

kidney beans (they are so tasty sprinkled with kelp flakes and hemp seed oil), and some multigrain rice crackers topped with cheese and avocado.
I was treated to brunch today, and just need a light supper.

Mrs. Phil tried the recipe for chicken that didn't go over so well tonight, but the leftovers are full of potential. Recipe called for garlic, onion, and shrooms cut up and sitting on top of the breasts, covered in a peppered mayo spread, with breadcrumbs on top. Once we scrape off the topping, we can make awesome chicken salad! These big beautiful boneless breasts came from Whole Foods, after all.
So, friend, have you got that to-die-for chicken salad recipe we're looking for? Post or IM me. Thanks and bon appetit!
Phil
