I'm going to do my 10 minute workout 3x/day by Saturday; have to rebuild slowly but as fast as possible.
I hate to jiggle.

Of course, they do nothing else and that's starting to annoy me.

But I do jiggle in the wrong places and I suppose I want to look better.

Until then, the back brace is sufficient and exercise to rebuild atrophied muscle tissue is good.

30 minute sessions each day...
thoguh that's not for a while, I can barely do 10 min sessions.
Still, I think there's a future again, so why not?
