It's good stuff but there are many kinds of kimchi. My roommates buried a big jar outside our apartment to try to make homemade kimchi. It may still be there, we forgot about it when we moved out 2 years ago.

We buy it at our local asian food store. My tummy can only tolerate a little, but I usually overdo it because it's so good. Kimchi with beer, yummy!
