Internet Gurus - Network traffic question

Looking at logs for a website I help support we are seeing a lot of traffic from UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Germany. Could these be service personnel stationed oversees or would we see a .mil for oversees bases?

I usually see traffic from both "military" and from countries where there are large numbers of american troops. Possibly the country traffic includes GI's who are accessing from non-military computers.

I also see Seychelles every month! No matter how little traffic, Seychelles is always there. I had to look the country up just to see where it was.

But I thought we might see some traffic from .mil sites in addition but we are not getting any

Thats interesting about the Seychelles, I'll look to see if we have any traffic from there.
