After making the mistake of thinking that Dudesons might actually have one vaguely interesting bit somewhere, which it didn't, I just couldn't watch more than 10 minutes of the roofies.

Just couldn't.

Absolutely, positively the worst things I've ever seen on TV, and that's pretty damn bad.

5. Couldn't watch it. Agonized through about...

10 minutes or so and turned the TV off and unhooked the cable just in case. Looked to see if I had a joint lying around somewhere and then just went out and sat on the deck looking at the sky. Alas no joint around. Just cloudy nighttime sky. Cloudy nighttime sky was still a relief.

The Simple Life is terrible. Jerry Springer is terrible. Anna Nicole was horrendous. Big Brother, the Dating Game and other "reality" voyeurism is bad.

But, none of them ever sunk to the absolute depths these two did. Not even the simple pleasure of seeing a train wreck in progress.

3. Well, to give the network credit, they do advertise them with lines like

"driving the final nail into the coffin of western civilization" - I've never seen the shows, but the comments in a couple of the commercials did catch my attention.
