How long did it take you to get your pw

when you signed up here?

A friend of mine wants to join us and he got the information that it takes 24 hours till he gets his pw. He is using a yahoo email account

PLEASE HELP

10. You can imagine...

...how many right-wingers would be signing up with four or five Yahoo accounts a night just to cause trouble in the GD if the wait period wasn't there as a filter. Using an ISP account makes them less anonymous and easier to block if they cause trouble :hi:

If your friend uses his ISP email it's instant. The 24 hour wait period helps keep the trouble makers out.
