Wah! I don't want to wake up. |
|
Somebody come over and make breakfast so I can go back to bed?
Pretty please?
Yeah, I thought not. Oh well. *yawn*

with vegan buttery stuff and tempeh bacon and a bunch of fruit, including mangoes. The good king of tempeh bacon, not the nasty kind.
Shoot, I think I'll have the same. :pals:

4. Oh goodness, it could be a lot of things |
|
Last night's leftovers (I do that a lot, because I'm lazy) Oatmeal Cereal in soy or rice milk Fruit smoothie or juice Tea and toast Luna bar Pancakes or waffles French toast (Okay, I've never actually made vegan french toast, but I've seen recipes) Fruit A bagel or a muffin or something
Really anything the rest of you can eat, minus meat and dairy. There are substitutes for both but I prefer to eat light first thing)

7. Eggs are kinda complicated to fake |
|
In baked goods (I love to bake then the weather permits it) there's a powdered thing called ener-g egg replacer that I generally use, but in some recipes a few tablespoons of mashed up banana or applesauce works well. For stuff like scrambled eggs generally one would season tofu to get a similar effect. I don't generally make those kinds of dishes since I was never crazy about the taste of eggs.
I take a multivitamin, a b complex, an iron supplement and vitamin c when I remember or if I feel a little draggy or have a cold coming on. Almost never, really. I don't take any sort of protein supplement, since I get plenty in my diet. There are vegan options for that, I just don't knw what they are.

Having to think up an answer that would make sense helps me to wake up.

10. A Luna bar is not breakfast, missy. |
|
What are you, some kind of free thinker or something? ;-)
Here's your breakfast. :donut: It looks like coffee but it's really blueberry & mint tea. The donut-looking thing is really the best bagel you can find in Sacramento.
