So... how long should you let a fruit pie set after you take it out
of the oven?

It's a peach pie. I'm wanting a slice pretty badly. Still 20 minutes to go in the oven.

2. good, because I'm the only person in my home that will eat it
and eating a whole pie is not a very good idea for someone who is watching her girlish figure.

3. at least 30 minutes but 45 is probably better
