| Hooray! I can finally get back on the Internets! |

My cable and internet service went out about 3:00 this morning. They came back on after about 5 minutes, but I could not get online. Called Comcast; they said everything was working fine. My wireless router lights indicated that it was working fine too. But it wasn't until about an hour ago that I was finally able to get back on line. You know, technology is fabulous, in that it allows us to access information, communicate with people, etc. But when it is on the fritz, GRRRF! Frustrating as hell!

Things are good, especially since I'm back on line. I was starting to get concerned, because I need the internet in order to do my job, and if it wasn't back on by tomorrow, I'd be in a world of hurt.

It just is NOT the same around here without you......:cry:
Isn't it disgusting how dependent we have become on our technology?
It is supposed to serve us! Not the other way around....

Nice to see you too! Indeed, technology is supposed to serve us, and often it does. But when it goes out, or has a problem, well, that's not good. Makes me wish I could turn into a fabulous techno geek on the spot to fix the problem, rather than having to depend on existing techno geeks to fix things for me!
