That combination can kill you, no joke.

24. My vague recollection... |
|
...is that Vicodin has ibuprophen while Tylenol 3 has acetaminophen. Can't be sure though. Anyway, opiates + alcohol = really bad idea.

Vicodin has acetaminophen, sometimes very large amounts. It cam be very dangerous to your liver to mix the two. http://www.liverfoundation.org/db/articles/1056

11. First, have a drink of water |
|
Focus on each swallow. You have to slow down and get into he moment. Observe your energy. Walk around a bit, and notice how each step feels beneath your feet. Observe the rhythm of your breath and your heartbeat in relation to your steps. Take note of every movement. After you're a little calmer, try meditating while sitting or lying down.
Peace. :D

I just have a naturally high tolerance for most things. So did my father. Meanwhile, my mother is just like you.
Of course, I'm highly sensitive to weird stuff like any sort of chemical cleaner. I guess it balances out.

I shredded sticky notes.
Then I paced and drank a cup of coffee. Bizarre, but it helped.
(edited to add...careful with the coffee, though. I drink a lot of it so it's more like hot chocolate)

NOT to relax. Give in to the hyperactivity for a while. Some authorities (read: one psychiatrist I like) feel that when there is nothing you can do to fight your normal (read: not illegal, immoral or unethical) but undesired impulses, the best thing you can do is let them run their course.

Going for a run always works for me. And if you're at work, you can just take a short walk outside to clear your head.
