Hmmmmmm... I would say -5.

Almost see-through, and never around when you need it.

Girl in stall next to me: WHERE'S THE DAMN TP?!?!?!?!?! Hey, person next to me, pass me some TP!!!

when I was in school, from grades 1-12, all we had were the thinner then paper napkin sized inidividual sheets :scared:
i tried to always avoid using the stall at school...

5. Notepaper
I threw away my steno pad and just carry a roll of our toilet paper into meetings. So as notepaper goes, it's a solid 5.
