4. Bit of a story behind the name...
I was riding my bicycle past Fountain Park, and I heard the most horrible screeching cat sound, and dogs barking.

I saw a cat running for it's life from a pack of three medium-sized dogs.
I grabbed a big stick that was on the ground, and the pack leader ran off after I swatted him in the muzzle. Hard.
The other two ran off with him.

I found the cat, and gently checked if it was injured, fortunately, it wasn't.
Then I noticed the cat would not have stood any chance at all against those dogs.
It was declawed.

I brought her home, gave her a flea bath (that she hated,) and the next day took her to our local vet to get checked out and see if she was "chipped."
She wasn't.

I put up signs, and had all the vets in Sheboygan keep an ear out for any cat owners who may have been missing a cat.

After 6 months, Lucky became mine, and I call her that since she was so lucky I came by.
She's the most affectionate cat ever.

I pretty much guess that she's a "throwaway" cat, someone moved and simply threw the cat outside to fend for herself.

She's telepathic as well, as I was typing this she walked in and jumped up on my lap, purring. :loveya:

7. She gave you a "mew"
She doesn't meow, like a normal cat, she still mews like a kitten.

11. Thanks...
Yours is gorgeous as well.

IMO, we DU'ers who adore our feline masters outnumber those with canine slaves. :D

9. That's just too adorable for words!
My Roo used to play-bite me, too. Ferocious fella, and I miss him terribly. He was the best watch-cat ever, who guarded the house and defended me from the dreaded vet. :)

:hi: I'd say that you were the Lucky one!
