I've only gone to Casinos as part of business trips, for social reasons. I'm not a big casino gambler.

13. I won $5,078 on a progressive 25 cent machine, once.

It was on my first spin. I stood in front of a bank of progressive slots, looked at them for about 30 seconds, decided I would play about $20 worth. I picked the machine I was standing directly in front of. Put two quarters in and all hell broke loose. Bells, sirens went off, and the machine played "California Here I Come," over and over again. Got paid fifty, one hundred dollar bills. Took me a half hour to get my money, though, while security viewed the tape to make sure I hadn't cheated somehow. I took 500 dollars and went to the blackjack tables, where I won another 900 dollars in a half hour. Then, I had security escort me to my car.
