Very tasty. I don't know what's happened to me - I even asked for tabasco in a local Geechee/soul food restaurant to spice up a bland gumbo, and the friend I was eating out with (African-American) asked "do you think they have it?"
I was thinking "OK, we just criss-crossed the color line here, foodwise..."
