2. This is General Boykin. He's the one who was going around
talking about a "crusade to eradicate Islam" and "My God is stronger than their God." Shit like that. He is apparantly blissfully unaware that the God of the Muslims is also the God of the Jews and Christians. The God of Abraham. This level of ignorance is unusual among U.S. Army generals. It's not like the Civil War, when any idjit smoking a corn-cob pipe could become a general. Nowadays, generals receive a pretty sophisticated education, and by the time they receive their second star, they usually have formal education equivalent to a Masters Degree and above. How this hammerhead slipped through the screening process is beyond me, but I hope he packs up his hate-filled evangelical bullshit soon and goes home.

End of rant.
