I tweaked out my back in such a way that leg/hip REALLY HURT

Feels like a pinched nerve, and it hurts so bad that my stomach feels sick. I tried to sleep but that didn't go so well because I can't get comfortable.

It's happened before, but this is a bit worse than usual.

It's 3 AM here.

Any suggestions for how to get comfortable?

1. I suggest a very hot bath, a long soak

and then take something anti-inflamatory (even just aspirin if that's all you've got).

A heating pad always helps me. And sometimes I like a little Bayer Back Pain.
