13. You should donate them. That's what I usually do.

Verizon has a drop-off point and The Body Shop has one. They do want the charger with the phone usually though. Since any charged cell phone will dial 911, even if it's not in service, they give them out to battered women. They'll take any cell phone, regardless of age. It's a better solution than throwing them out and you won't have six phones laying around.
