You posted a really cool link to some lavender recipes in your thread and I made the Lavender Harvest Fudge today to enter in the fair competition. This stuff is really good! The recipe is extremely simple (though you gotta keep the finished product COLD or it melts and makes a real mess). The lavender flavor is very subtle...it's more of an aftertaste that is MUCH nicer than the usual overly sweet flavor one has after eating a piece of fudge.

What was the link? I love lavender, but haven't used it as flavor before. Sounds kind of strange...but I would try it.
