I'm flying at dawn: what should I bring?
I hate checking luggage. i used to bring everything as carry on...

what are some good substitutes for:

deodorant
shampoo
toothpaste
water/soda
bottle of liquor/wine

I'm thinking dirt, twigs and berries....
but berries have liquid in them, so it could be explosive :nuke:

so I'm outta ideas. thoughts?

Edited on Thu Aug-10-06 12:29 PM by northzax
that's billable hours, I can pay for a cross country flight while on board working for other clients. This is getting fucking ridiculous.

here's a question. what about cell phones? do I need to check my laptop and my cell phone? and if they lose my bag, or it's delayed, how do I check in with them? how about my five hour layover in Houston next week? bastards.

Else get your own pilot's license. Then you can bring whatever the hell you want. Nail clippers, soda and everything! Stick it to the man, man!

31. If you want to reduce your stress level ~ forget a carry-on.

Check your luggage.

My last flight out of Florida back in May was awful! Everything I was carrying on was unpacked and searched. I was scanned/searched/patted-down, however *whew* there was no cavity search. Wearing sandals didn't help either. :grr: I had to walk through the area barefoot!

I have driven to Florida twice since then. BTW Fort Lauderdale is Hot & Sunny at this moment.
