It cracks me up!! I wonder what goes through their minds that tells them to run like the wind.

3. This morning it seemed like all of our cats got into the crack at the same
time. Four cats running through three levels of a house at top speed is scary.

5. Watch out!!
It is so funny to me!! We have ceramic tile through most of our house, and last night my dog was slipping and sliding through the house trying to run his tail off!

6. Can your cats run down stairs faster than you can fall down them?
That always wierded me out, how quick they could tear down the stairs.

15. Well the big fat male Ragdoll just pretty much falls down them at high
speed. He's such a klutz, it's a degrace to felines everywhere. He truly takes his breed name to heart, plus his name is Cuddles.

4. We used to look after this cat for a friend of my mum's
this thing was a beautiful burmese. He was really old, but every couple of days he would just go batshit insane for about half an hour. He would just dash about everywhere, it was really funny hearing him run from room to room upstairs while we were all downstairs.

:D

9. Very little, I believe
I am pretty sure that a cat's mind contains exactly three thoughts:

(1) Sleep
(2) Eat
(3) Fuck

If it's been neutered, then make that two thoughts.

11. Cats seem to be a little hornier than dogs too! Or they
have better access!! Thankfully my dog just had 2 thoughts running through his head!!

20. there is also
1) hunt
2) run away

and play seems to be another thought too, as they bat and chase toys around the house or wrassle and bite with other animals.

10. Mine just needs to run sometimes
Italian greyhounds(and full size greyhounds) love to snuggle but when its time to run they need to go. I was chasing mine around the yard late last night.

16. I think they're called FRAPS....
Frenetic Random Activity Periods. They are hilarious. I love to see the wild look in their eyes when they do it. It is just complete uninhibited abandon, something humans normally don't do.

21. My dog gets this totally psychotic look
in his eyes, and runs around in circles really fast (esp. outside). Then he'll come up to you looking all crazy and out of breath. It's hilarious. Good to know there's a name for it. :-)
