I have to relate a really funny true story I heard today.
I was in the grocery store check-out line and was buying some new type of peanut butter treats for my dogs. The checker said to me that they looked like candy and make sure I don't eat them by mistake. She said that she had opened a can of dog food and fed half of it to her dog, then put into a bowl in the refrigerator. Her husband came home late while she was sleeping. Next morning, she asked him what he had eaten for dinner and he said, "I fixed a sandwich from that meat in the bowl." She said that she never told him what he had eaten. She said she should have because he is now her ex-husband. I was laughing all the way out to the parking lot.

3. My dad did that once
When I was a kid, he worked afternoon shift: 3 pm-midnight. He'd get home from work at 2 am and make a sandwich before he went to bed. One night, he saw an opened can of tuna and mixed it up with some other ingredients and made a sandwich. The next day, after telling my mom what he'd had, he found out it was tuna-flavor cat food. She pulled the can out of the trash to show him.
