Driver gets 70 speeding tickets in 5 months
PHOENIX, Arizona (Reuters) - As a mortgage broker in Arizona, Francesca Cisneros is used to working with big numbers. It's the double-digit speed limits she has trouble with.

Cisneros racked up 70 speeding tickets in the last five months, a record for the Scottsdale Police Department, police said on Friday.

Speeding cameras in Scottsdale, a suburb of Phoenix, snapped pictures of the 32-year-old woman as she tore through the sun-baked city in her Honda Civic between March 2 and July 31.

"She told arresting officers she was speeding because she she seemed to be late for client meetings all the time," Scottsdale Police Department spokesman Mark Clark told Reuters. "I guess she's got some time management issues."

1. In a Civic?
Normally, I'd say throw the speeding piece of shit in jail, but doing this in a Civic - that takes some fuckin' moxie!!

Give her an award, and stop giving her tickets!

<sigh> Nope, it's a woman, and the last name doesn't match. :-)

My older brother and my nephew race cars on some weekends in Las Vegas. They are both motorheads hell on wheels, on and off the track.

My brother received one less ticket about a year ago. He pick up my father (dear heart passed three months ago) who was already in the final stages of Alzheimer's ... So, my brother is driving Dad across Phoenix to get him a nice hair cut.

It's no coincidence that we nick named my brother, AJ Junior, because he was speeding as usual. Unfortunately, a motorcycle cop pulled him over. As the cop looks down and asks for my Brother's Driver's License and registration, Dad opens up the glove compartment and upon noticing many sheets of Insurance Papers cried out, "Did you get all these speeding tickets too?!?

The cop was so tickled by this "innocent remark" that he let my brother go with A Warning. ;)
