thinking about getting a moped/scooter.

but i don't want a "girly" one. 40 mph top speed it not enough around here. i would be squashed like a bug.

they both look pretty durn cool. and neither one is more than $2000 including shipping. but i don't know if i should be spending much money right now. my car broke yesterday and i will be paying for repairs on it and my house needs some work and it is SO hot here i don't know about being exposed to the elements... BUT I STILL WANT ONE!!

1. I want a dirtbike that is allowed on the roads.

When I'm not running around on it getting my errands done, I can drive it up steep hills and make halfpipes in the back yard so I can break my neck. :evilgrin:

2. Take a motorcycle safety course first.

They let you use their bikes (usually small ones) and you can learn how not to get squashed. You can get rain gear, but that's the least of your worries if you don't have good training.
