In Windows, hit the printscreen key. This will grab your entire screen (so minimize anything open beforehand!)

Now run Microsoft Paint (click Start, then click Run, and type in "MSPAINT" in the field and click OK.)

Now hit CTRL-V to paste the desktop image in.

Now save the image.

Then go to an image host site (like www.photobucket.com) and upload it.

Then copy the image link from that site directly.
