Seeking comments on a particular NYC hotel... |
|
I'm considering a trip to NYC in December, and one of the packages in the front-running includes accommodations at The Edison Hotel. All of the ratings that I've reviewed on this hotel are across the board (from rat-infested to glorious nirvana). Obviously, it's somewhere in between but if anyone could give me some first-hand insight I'd be most appreciative!
For the record, I don't care if the rooms are small(I just plan on sleeping there, not having dance parties) or if they have new gym equipment (frankly, I don't care if they HAVE a gym- I'll be on vacation, dammit!)
Danke! :hi:

1. It's probably fine for your purposes |

It's older, and it's far from glamorous, but it should be fine. It's around the corner from Times Square. There's a decent coffee shop on the ground floor where you can get a good breakfast for a reasonable price.

It looked like it was conveniently located to much that I'll be going to see and/or do. Looking forward to seeing Spam-a-lot!
