"You're a FUCKING TRAITOR!"
That was our welcome, stopping in at a gas station in Massachusetts this weekend.

And just in case we didn't hear the first time, he motioned us to roll down the window, and repeated himself. :eyes: Briarius just thanked him and told him to have a good day, and the guy said "you too" - yay for programmed responses!

Guess the Ned sticker, the DU sticker, the FW sticker, and the 1984 sticker are working!

The last thing you want is to get on the bad side of the IRS.

I don't see how you TX guys and gals can stand it, unless you're in Austin. My hat is off to all of you for keeping the faith.

33. You forgot hot dogs!
The Original Song/Commercial "Baseball, Hot Dogs, Apple Pie and Chevrolet":

-The song was recorded in 1974.

-It aired in commercials from 1974 - 1978.

-Ed Labunski composed the music and appeared in the original commercial "Baseball, Hot Dogs, Apple Pie and Chevrolet".

-Jim Hartzell, a copywriter with Campbell-Ewald/Detroit, wrote the lyrics.

-Campbell-Ewald created the spot for Chevrolet.

-The commercial tied for first place in Car and Driver's January 2005 Ten Best Car Commercials and is widely considered to have changed car commercials and automotive branding forever.

We in the Western part of the state have endured Beacon Hill's ignorance of anything west of Wooooster for decades, we don't need to be further insulted by people claiming we're more heavily populated with repukes!

The farther from large bodies of water, the more freeped you are. Consider the Eastern portions of Oregon, Washington, California...

Let's see about Minnesota: Duluth, smack dab upon Lake Superior: Leftyville!

Case closed. Refutations will be ignored.

40. Well if you head west on St. Rt. 9 from Boston, ...
Past Rt. 128, drive through Framingham, Shrewsbury and Worcester, you'll head into Leicester, then Spencer, then the Brookfields (three of them on 9), then Ware (which used to have an old sign at the town line reading "Nationally known as the town that can't be licked."), then Belchertown THEN Amherst. Amherst is a big college town where students outnumber locals. Northampton also has, shall we say, an atypical demography. I haven't bee to Hilltown. I was exagerating when I said Alabama, but it is still far removed from the cosmopolitan atmosphere of Boston. Remember, this bluest of blue states has had Republican goverors since 1991. MA has a consistent D majority, but not a wide one. We sure had our share of rednecks.
