They probably wouldn't. They've got bigger fish to fry around here.

They've been trying to get into state run mental institutions for years, as has 20/20.

11. When I worked in department of mental health

they used to warn us all the time about it. Turns out they've tried quite a few times to get into the institutions but they've always been stopped.
