It's the little things that turn you into a slobbering fool.

The little things are large miracles in their own right. It wasn't long ago you and MrsUly were starting on the long path to parenthood. :D

I think I've documented most of that journey on DU, too. He'll be eleven months on the 23rd, and I'm a monkey's uncle if I know where the time went. Scares and thrills all at once.
Things are well on the left coast, yes?

3. You two endured lots of heartache |
|
But you came out ahead on further review. :-)
Things are well! I am looking at supplementing my income with private tutoring - teaching history, government, and other social studies disclipines to high school students. I used to teach a lifetime ago, and this could be a return to my roots. In a way. :-)

I thought you had been a teacher in a past life - funny for DU to be so young and so many of us have had so many past lives. :D I wish you well in tutoring. God knows we need you.
After all the heartache, we've been lucky beyond imagining. Christopher's birthparents are such great people, and he's such a happy and bright guy. I get a kiss or two every day when I come home from work these days, and I can't get over the wonder of that. I wouldn't change a thing.

What a wonderful feeling.
Two weeks ago Saturday, the oldest triplet boy figured out how to master a two-wheel bike. It was a great moment, and he is still only 5 3/4.
I was the only family member to witness this other than his mother, who was spotting him. We high fived after that.

I remember learning to ride on two wheels - that stuff's no joke. Kudos to EldestTriplet! :hi:

Kudos to Chris...which is also the name of the eldest triplet. Though he is Christian.
:hi:
Great moments in our lives.
