Who else here doesn't watch TV, to speak of?
All I can get is BBC World and some moronic Video Game/sports channel so I only watch when I'm eating leftovers reheated in the microwave. Everything else I get from C&L and YouTube.

2. Replace "kid" with "mom" and we are in the same boat.
Hey, I have 3 episodes of Big Brother UK waiting for a viewing. Guilty pleasure.

4. I can't really be mad at him, he thought he was helping
I was cleaning, so he grabbed a bottle of all purpose cleaner and sprayed the TV, only he sprayed about half a bottle on the thing and it dripped in a fried a board. I have to keep it unplugged or it turns itself on at odd moments and has wild fluctuations in volume.

3. Almost never
now that I'm back on my own again.

I just watch movies on DVD.

Doesn't look like I'm missing a whole lot, most of the time.

5. I went 5 years once without owning a TV.
I own a big expensive one that was given to me as a gift. I watch it a few hours per month.

7. I hardly watch TV at all outside of sports anymore
The only thing I make a regular point to watch is the Daily Show / Colbert Report. If it werent for that, I'd see no reason in owning a cable box / satellite dish.

8. I never watch the TV
The first thing my parents did when they moved in with me was get DISH network, before that I hadn't owned a working tv for tv's sake (I had one for videogames only) since I moved out to go to college.

9. Very little.
I watch Conan O'Brien sometimes, SNL every week, and some PBS here and there. Soon will be watching football games, too. No interest in anything else.

10. For DVD's only on weekends
I drifted away from the telly in the mid-70's. My father thought something was wrong with me that I'd prefer a book to the vacuous crap that was on.

13. Less than an hour a week maybe.
It's just boring. I read and watch a few movies a week. Television is geared toward the least common denominator, which I am most certainly NOT. :7
