Took me forever and a day to upload this one picture...and it was WAY too big. I had to crop it and try and resize it and I generally messed it up.

What photo management software are you using? I like Picasa myself, download straight from a camera via USB connection, plus you can export pictures in a photo album setting, and can choose sizes from full size all the way down to thumbnail..

I just downloaded the stuff that came with the camera and, since I had to install it on my son's computer instead of mine, I couldn't even mess with it that much.
