The OD Scene and Uma's "revival" from Pulp Fiction
was this not one of the most tense scenes ever filmed?

2. I think that was part of what made that scene so tense
I was feeling similar feelings

4. Did you see the look on Rosanna Arquette's face in that scene?
She was digging that big old needle going in!

7. she rocked in that scene
phantasmagoric fascination.

It's been debunked, I can't remember where I saw it, but just about everything about that scene is medically abominable, which I really didn't know, never having had to stab someone in the heart with a needle for any purpose...but it's just so freaking hilarious. I looked on you tube and couldn't find it, though.

6. It's a fantastic scene
Part of the inspiration was an anecdote by Steven Prince in Martin Scorsese's American Boy. You can see part of it in Mike White's (not the somewhat famous one) 2nd Tarantino-is-a-hack short film You're Still Not Fooling Anybody:

9. I think it was very, very intense.
Pulp Fiction wavered between intense and extremely intense. IMO Tarantino's best film. :applause:

I just loved Eric Stoltz eating Fruit Brute...

10. one of my favorite scenes gets cut when they show it on the
major channels. It's the scene where Travolta goes driving after he shoots up. I just love that even though it's short...I don't know why they cut it. And most of this one, of course, which is my latest movie crack habit:

15 seconds of ecstasy for me (and for Mia, needless to say)
