3. Naw, Talk Talk started off as a lame Duran Duran clone
And then they essentially invented post-rock, combining influences from krautrock, Brian Eno, etc.

I tend not to pay attention to overhyped tragedies.

Lots of people listen to KMFDM, if the columbine kids listened to them too then KMFDM still has less that 0.0001% killers as listeners.
