I eat an omniverous diet; and I have tasted foie gras. Having learned how the stuff is made, the flavor isn't at all appealing to me.

2. okay a little trick of mine

when foie gras is served i have been known to inform the unsuspecting guest that the item is in fact goose liver and that if they don't want to eat it, i will be happy to take it off their plate

sometimes it even works but not w. the hubby, i don't remember him ever falling for it and forking over w. the foie gras
