I passed my CDL test today! Ask me anything! |
|
It goes along with my work in concert production. It basically means I can drive equipment to the gig...as well as build it.
THAT MEANS I CAN GET PAID TWICE! THE DOUBLE DIPPIN' DAYS HAVE ARRIVED! WOOHOO!

I've done symphonies. I worked The Family Values Tour last week. I have Tool coming up next week.
I have done small local. I have done International heavies. I even occasionally pick up gigs at the local convention center.

Treasure that baby. Or next time you'll have to come down here to get it...and that's a fate worse than death.

4. Why would I have to go to the Springs? |
|
I went through a private tester today up in Loveland...I know he has a test site in the Springs as well. Maybe we're refering to the same guy.

I was just being a smart-ass. I had to go down there (and not a private office, either...the *shudder* Department of Revenue :scared: )last week and the experience still rankles.
God, I hate that place.

Loveland?
Believe it or not...I had never been there. Though my girlfriend lived there for several years.
It all looks like one long strip mall from Denver to Ft Collins now.
YEA! THE WALMARTIZATION OF AMERICA....HOORAY!

7. Practically the whole Front Range. |
|
There's still some spots between Colorado Springs and Castle Rock...but that's because the AFA owns 'em, probably.
No, the Department of Revenue that I went to was down here. The only one down here. The one that already had 100 people waiting in line at 7:30 on a Wednesday morning.
Because they closed all the other ones in the county.
Because they...
Because...
Okay...I'm gonna shut up now. Before I go off on a rant.
Again.
:hi:

And a mere 25 years later...whatya know.
