he worked for months with the guy to get him on track and finally had to fire him. And wouldn't you know it......when daughter #2 was born, who were we sharing the room with in recovery? Yeah,the guy and his wife. Awkward

If the employee deserved it, writing about it and telling us should help. I had to fire a friend once (no choice, he really deserved it, even he admitted it), and talking about it helped a lot.
