18. I have seen

the cops dust for prints twice before, and they had a hard time finding a print that wasn't smudged...and when my wife and I tried becoming foster parents, the lady had to finger prints us 3 times, because of smudging with ink!

Its like, in order to leave a legible finger print, you have to be perfect, in leaving it!...:) But maybe, the foster care lady/cops up in Kansas were using some old methods...but I doubt it...:(
