3. I didn't make it, I'm just announcing it.
Anyway, so far the thunder and lightening part is really lame. The house hasn't shaken or anything. However, it is raining sidewards hard enough to practically obscure the woods across the street.

4. Oh, my mistake.
I thought you were one of the Goddesses that seem to reside around here. Goddesses tend to be responsible for that kind of thing. :P

Both tend to get adored more or less equally around here. :D

17. Got one that was almost as good here in Florida, about 2:30.
The rain was slightly lighter (anything past 200 feet or so was invisible), but the thunder and lightning woke me out of a sound sleep.

8. No.
Out of the hundreds of CDs I own and 30+ gigs of music, I am proud to say, there is not a single Garth Brooks song among it.

9. During the last storm here I went on the back patio and sang
A Hard Rains Gonna Fall loud enough for my duplex neighbor to eventually hear me. I too own no Garth.

12. Damn!!! Austin's been dry as a bone!
They keep saying a storm might show up in a few days, but the same thing was predicted for the past couple weeks. The result? Jack Shit! Pardon my profanity but Dammit I want some rain too!

18. I live in Brooklyn and just went up to the roof.
You can't even see the City right now. It's completely black. You get the storms before we do, so I'm expecting it any minute now.

20. The storm was lame.
Lots of rain, but it wasn't very loud. It's quite cool here though. It was 60 degrees when I last stepped outside around 8pm. Probably a few degrees cooler now.

21. Hall and Oates ?
There's a thunder storm 'a brewin'
And the day is turning gray
There ain't much to say about the weather
The shower stall is leakin'
And the ceiling's fallin' in
And I'm getting twenty bills to every letter

I've got to move myself out to the country
I'm lookin' out for any place at all
I'm gonna spend another Fall In Philadelphia

A roving band of youths beat up on Johnny
Everybody's gettin' richer sellin' that dope
Say, the stolen bikes are gathering by the thousands
Along with seven million people without a hope

I guess I have to face the fact as real
I think I feel my back up against the wall
I'm gonna spend another Fall In Philadelphia
