I'm moving to the Beach! A place of my own!

This will be the first place that I've ever had of MY OWN! When I left my parents house 33 years ago I lived with roomamtes till I got married. I've had all three of my sons since my divorce in 1997. Kids are grown and I'm finally LIBERATED! I'm renting a one bedroom cottage, own by a fiend and former co-worker. She wants to rent to someone she knows and trusts. I guess I fit that criteria.
Its two blocks from the Beach in Ocean Beach, San Diego. She's only charging me $750.00 a month too! Similar units in that area are over $1,000.00.
OHHHHHH so nice!
Plus I have a nice new girlfriend too. Hot Damn!
I'm starting a new exciting chapter in my life at 50!
All is GOOD!

9. Whats cool is that OB is totally "blue" area.

Many artists, musicians and hippie types. The most nortable landmark in OB is a headshop called "The Black". People fro, all over the county come to OB just to peruse The Black. Thare are also a few clubs that play jazz and blues. All the businesses are small and family owned and they are all walking and bike-friendly. After work I can park my car and bike or walk to stores, restaurants, laundrymat, beach...
Going to OB is like walking through a time warp to 1969.

In a couple of months the other property on the lot, a two bedroom w/ office, will be available and I'm first in line for that one too.
