Anyone? Anyone? The fun part of buying them is over. I hate this part. Trying to get them in the ground before it rains.

It is the latest attempt in trying to sell the homestead. We fell in love with house number 2 (re the pics earlier this week) last night. :hi:

3. Nope. House number two was the ranch. It was our 2nd choice.

House number 1 had the great bath tub, but the bathroom in house number 2 is absolutely breathtaking. And the kids would have their own baths. Also, house number one has an issue with dampness (I'm talking dampness) in the basement, while number two is a really well built new construction. We like the rooms in 1, but the laundry is all the way in the basement and my poor RA knees wouldn't handle it. I think reality set in that we really need a ranch. And this ranch is HUGH! ;) :loveya:

23. The basement has water issues. Even though we love the house.

We LOVE the landscaping...and it was a great piece of property, the water in the basement and the fact that the laundry hookup is in the basement turned us away. :hi: :hug: Number two is beautiful. You should see the bathroom for the master bedroom. :loveya:
