Let see how they do and if they're as annoying as AOL.
So far I've been holding for all but 30 seconds of a 12 minute call. A rep asked me how he could help and then said he needed to transfer me.

Said it was a shame since I spent all that money on the S50. Said yeah but why spend more money each month if we don't use it. He said ok, well if you ever want to reactivate the account call us.
Maybe I will someday. If they were jerks I wouldn't have considered it, but they were good. Now lets see if I get autobilled next month. That was another bs thing with AOL when I thought I cancelled them.

And did you write it down? I had a massive problem with Verizon that went on for months. The thing that saved my sanity was writing down each date, the name of the person I was talking to, what our conversation was about, and any refund or cancellation numbers. And boy did that come in handy!
