6. No...
the snow at the bottom of the hill is the runaway truck ramp, not the gravel on the side of the road.

The truck goes up that snowy hill (which isn't concrete, it's deep gravel/sand) and obviously gets stuck.

The actual interstate curves to the left, past the snowy hill.

I said that about the gravel turnoffs because on rt 80 going through Pa. they have these gravel turn offs in case the truck is
in the wrong gear or looses its breaks. I just cant see how that stops them!

Actually that road looks like it would be a blast to sleigh ride down

7. We have a road like that in a nearby town
A two-mile, climb/drop that ranges from 30-60 degrees at different points. But trucks over a certain weight limit aren't allowed on it, and most cars (except residents of the street) are barred from the road during slippery condition.
